I hired Eric Hughes to represent me in a lawsuit. He took my money and agreed to represent me. I was diligent to call and check on the case. He would tell me that everything was moving along. He mishandled my paperwork and misses court date resulting in the case being dismissed (order of dismissal rule 41) . I never got my refund back. Case Number 10CV-15-163
