I am appalled at the treatment I received at the 3131 speedway branch. I am a disabled veteran I went in there for a personal loan. I was encouraged to open an account. My representative was on the computer and phone with underwriters. I went out to my car to take my medication I came back in and within the matter of minutes my phone rang and I was informed that I was declined.. I truly believe I was discriminated against.. Don't fall behind two payments they'll close your credit card account quickly .
I opened both a checking and savings account on May 6. I Deposited a check to start the savings account. I was told it could take up to 9 days for the funds to be available. Today is the 9th day, money not accessible. After 2 phone calls and a total wait time of 45 minutes. I was told the money will be available on May 19. Are you kidding me.
This bank will take money out of your checking account and make payments towards your line of credit or credit card without telling you. They recently took $60 and paid a bill that was $200. I wouldn't open an account with them. $60 wasnt even enough to cover the bill which means it went straight to interest. Not a good company. Go to Pima Federal Credit Union. Better service. Less corrupt.
