Worst banking experience I have ever had. Teller encouraged me to close my account. So I did.
I don’t do much in the way of traditional banking with Hughes but, they always help me fund projects and toys when I need them. I highly value the ability walk in a conduct business in person. Never a bad experience..
I would give fewer stars if I could. At first glance, this credit union is of extremely limited use or convenience. In a metro area of over 1 million, their three branches are inadequate. Online, they’re equally limited with limited online tools like Zelle that only sends but can’t receive funds. If, however, all of this doesn’t matter to you, I’d still say GO ELSEWHERE! They take no accountability and very unprofessional and ignorant. They all need more training, including the manager. Be better.
