Love Hughes, third generation loyal customer. That's said the phone customer service is an absolute garbage fire. App won't accept email change...call...18:39 on hold. Rep needs min. while cpu boots up. 20:13 Rep needs info and a minute to verify 22:41 hang up and decide that going into a branch to make the changes would take less time. Best in person bank ever😉
I like Hughes. However I'm really disappointed with the new website. There is no option to pay your credit card. I have to call in which is a big hassle. Please just change it back.
