Jennifer was very helpful figuring out some settings that weren't working for notifications for me. She also called and got the issue straightened out why I was not able to do external transfers to another bank. She went above and beyond to help me. 5 stars.

I wanted to share my experience with the Hughes Federal Credit Union on Cortaro, Marana, AZ : my parents were long time members of this branch and after I had the sad and difficult task of informing the branch of my parent’s passing I was first greeted by Stacey at the front desk . I can not express adequately enough how compassionate and caring she was towards me as I was ready to cry at the drop of a hat trying to close my parents accounts .
