trying to make car payment since 9 am on phone. They never send me loan statement and now wont accept my payment because I dont have my member number. Been a member ten years. Horrible service

I have been a member for five or six years. Nothing but good experiences. In fact, the Thornydale Branch is the only financial institution where I have never had more than one person ahead of me in the teller line. Unbelievable!
