I would give zero stars if that were an option. The one star is for Niki, the assistant who handled the initial quotation call professionally. I had a very uncomfortable initial phone call with Mr. Cedric Hughes, the lawyer representing us and also the principal lawyer of the firm. I had already explained a complex legal situation in writing, but at the beginning of the call I was asked, “In five words, what’s the issue?” Later, when he briefly lost track of what I was saying, he commented, “You have an accent.” What concern... read more
