I get a call from Ameriprise that I no longer have a personal advisor and my account has been transitioned to a team of advisors in a corporate office out of state. All this I believe is a result of me giving Aurthur Hughes an average rating from a survey I took on the Ameriprise website, after I was looking at my account online.
