Hugh was very helpful on my border vs. tenant issue and did not rush me in our initial consultation. He offered a unique approach to resolution that I would never have known possible, despite being a landlord for over 15 years. I'm happy there is someone in my neighborhood that knows our local laws and nuanced roadblocks that landlords face, that can help me with future LTB advice.
