I've been trying to contact them about a change to my will, but I'm only ever transferred to voice mail, and nobody returns my calls. If this is the service my next of kin shall receive upon my passing, I'm horrified.
I loved the work that Hugh James did as a company. I had Andrew Hoad helping me and he was nothing short of amazing. The work he produced was clear and concise along with being delivered to me quickly, whenever I had queries he was first to help me understand what was going on. Couldn't be more happy with the service provided.
Greatly helped me with my problems, amazing communication at all times. I had Andrew Hoad helping me to change ownership of my company and he was very helpful, he kept me greatly informed at all times which made it a much better process. very friendly and kind at all times.
