I regret purchasing from Huffman Koos. We bought a reclining sofa in November 2025, and within a short time it became clear how uncomfortable it is. The reclining position is poorly designed and puts your neck at an awkward angle — it has caused ongoing neck pain for us with regular use. For a piece of furniture that’s supposed to provide comfort, this is a major failure.
