Bought L shaped sectional with a sleep sofa on May 10 from Ricky after he promised a 2-4 week delivery. We spend the summer in NJ and we’re planning on arriving mid June. Called today 5/30 to check on delivery and was told delivery would not be until July some time. Stay away and Huffman Koos should fire Rocky after reading all these negative reviews about him.

DON’T GO!!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. Huffman Koos in Watchung, NJ is hands-down the worst place to buy furniture. Not only is their customer service appalling, but they flat-out LIE to your face. I was promised delivery within two weeks. We’ve never had a problem with other reliable and well know furniture stores but we decided to try and buy a tv stand since we liked one we saw at the store. Guess what? Worst store ever. STAY AWAY. Not only did they not deliver within their time frame, they did 2 deliveries even though they didn't want to and wanted to charge. Also their finance kicked in at the first delivery with no communication. Now I find out that it was 6 months no interest when they told me it was 1 year. Worst experience ever and not worth it. Should have went to Ethan Allen. At least they would have given me paperwork telling me all the correct information.
