love Koos warehouse forever!!
This was the worse decision ever. I ordered a couch and a love seat. THREE delays later, and me calling them over 7 times in one day, finally got our couches. We have sat on them for about 6 weeks. They are terrible. This is the worse.
Staff is nice, but this location is closing soon.
In 2019 I ordered 6 dining room chairs from Huffman Koos in Watchung. On the delivery day, what came was not what I ordered. I could not get my money back, and each time that I went to the store there was nothing in the store that I liked. The store moved away several times. In 2025 the store came back. It took Ricky Negron (store manager) and Peter Degnan (saleperson) who gave me a catalog to look at and then I finally found a set that I love. It took 6 years to finally get my chairs. Came here a couple weeks ago just to look a prices to furnish a new apartment. There was only one worker there and he was extremely rude. A bald man with glasses. He asked me if I was looking for anything specific and I told him I was just looking around and he responded with “This is high quality furniture and the prices match the quality, it’s not going to be like Bobs discount furniture” Um ok?
