I contacted this company because I owe back taxes and, due to my limited income, I had been determined by the IRS to be currently not collectible. I wanted to better understand what that status meant and what I should expect going forward. When I spoke with an employee named Trish, I was told to "just pay the IRS for the rest of your life."
