I recently had an uncomfortable experience with nick. his attitude was incredibly unprofessional! He came off as rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was bothering him just by asking a simple question. It’s surprising someone like him is representing the business. Management really needs to take a closer look on who they hire as it affects the whole business. Overall it was an okay experience.
