Your movers are idiots. THEM: "don't help us move. Our "insurance" policy dictates you can't help us move your bed". 3 mins later: "we can't get the bed up the stairs. Any ideas?" Yeah, lenny, quit rolling your eyes at me, and ask for help. Also, I DO have my own insurance, so stop making up lies. Worst delivery service ever.

Bought a couch here a few years ago. Just had to post now because this sectional has been horrible. The coushins constantly slide out. The material stains easily and and brackets that hold the two sides together keeps falling off. The screw holes are now completely stripped. We were persuaded by a sales guy to buy it because it was a return and we were getting such a good deal. Terribly quality couch. I hope they don't buy from same supplier.
