Hudson’s Edge catered a wedding that I coordinated recently. First - their food was AMAZING. No bland wedding food from them. It was deliciously seasoned, nothing was soggy, and it looked great. AND as a person with celiac, what the couple chose was all safe. Second - their staff was phenomenal to work with. I would work with them any day. They made my job so easy when it came to timing and just going the extra mile. I know the bride and groom were as pleased as I was.
Hudson’s edge catered our wedding at swan lake in Powell. Oh my goodness the food is sooooooooooo good. All the staff were great and respectful. Nicole and Jessi were great at responding and helping me make decisions and stay on track. And did I mention the food was delicious??? Several people asked if they had a restaurant haha. I can’t say enough good things about Hudson’s Edge! They were the caterers for my daughter’s wedding, which was on October 10, 2025. They stayed very involved all the way to the wedding, with emails & a virtual meeting, making sure that all the details were noted & everything was ready. The food is scrumptious! A great vendor to have on our team for wedding day!! Christyn was very helpful in booking and planning - I had a lot of specific requests and she made note of all of them and everything went smoothly day-of! The staff was very kind and many of our guests have told us that was the best wedding food they’ve ever had!
We chose Hudson’s edge for our wedding catering. They did not disappoint and all the guests raved about the food!!!
