Disappointed with my experience at Hudson Bat Shopping Store. The customer service was non-existent—no one was available to assist or answer questions. It felt like they didn’t care about customers at all. For a store specializing in bats, I expected knowledgeable staff, but instead, it was a frustrating experience. Definitely not worth the visit.
It saddens me that The Bay is closing, but the stock is limited, prices are high for the quality and they haven't kept up with the trends.
