Anna has taken such good care of me and my mobility over the past two years. I cannot speak highly enough of her expertise and ability to create a comfortable and encouraging experience. I’ve seen so much progress in the way I am able to move. My shoulders, back, and hips have never felt better!
I came to Anna with a knee injury. From the first visit she took the tome to understand my symptoms. The McKenzie approach was clearly explained and I appreciated learning specific movements that helped me manage my pain on my own. Within a short period I noticed a significant reduction of pain and have been able to ski pain free. I also have tools to use in case of a flare. I highly recommend.
Dr. Anna is absolutely wonderful!! She takes a unique but more importantly individualized approach to her care. I’ve never had anyone who not just listens but truly cares. Would 100% recommend 10 times out of 10
Dr. Anna is super knowledgeable! I came to her with lower back and right hip pain. After only 2 visits and doing the "homework" I am already pain free. She takes the time to explain things clearly. She is an excellent listener which I think is extremely important in order to get better. I will continue to work with her to "bulletproof" my lower back. I highly recommend her! Scott.
