I had an exceptional experience with Nina at Hudson Valley Hypnosis. She helped me with a very specific request in a thoughtful and caring manner. I appreciated the time that Nina put into our session, with no sense of being rushed, and how she helped me understand that working with a hypnotist can feel empowering since subconsciously we do have the ability to help ourselves. I am still amazed at the results four months later. Thank you, Nina.

I came to Nina with what felt like an unsolvable issue. Ill admit I was nervous.... what did I get myself into with hypnosis? But she is so present and comforting, I was quickly at ease. She guided me into such a relaxing space that I was able to meet my sugar craving demon. Her safe guidance brought me to a place where I could recognize what my sugar cravings were about. I now don't hit the sugar cupboard with experimental rat type behavior anymore. My cravings are way reduced. Thank you Nina for doing what you do!
