I did my very first spiritual session and it was quite the experience! It was an absolute pleasure to meet Iris. She’s very knowledgeable in what she does and she has great welcoming energy. The center is such a warm and welcoming place to come into! It is such a comfortable environment where you can rest and relax. Iris a true healer, her reiki and sound healing sessions are like pure magic to me! Not to mention all of the other wonderful services and practitioners they have. I love coming here!

If you have sore muscles or are suffering from arthritis you need to treat yourself to the infrared sauna! It does wonders for my hip arthritis and herniated discs.
