I took a necklace in to be repaired. The staff was very polite and professional. I was impressed with their five star rating. That's why I was so surprised when my necklace was ruined. This was a sentimental piece and meant a lot to me. I loved the shiny gold 1/4" rim around the cluster inserts. Dave told me he would put in 2 new gold colored jump rings where the necklace had come apart. When I picked up my necklace there was no shiny rim.
