We were applying for a Mortgage Loan and we're not able to access the documents online so we went into the Latham Branch. Kevin the Branch Supervisor and Liana were willing to assist us in accessing and completing the paperwork, they were both amazing they are 5 star employees. Tom the Mortgage Lender has been amazing as well finding the best Mortgage loan with the best interest rate. I am a happy customer and will ALWAYS get loans thru HVCU. I am so glad they are now local, thank you Hudson Valley Credit Union!
Every time I have to go in there, I have a problem.And it's been like five times now.So i'm moving my money to an actual reliable bank TODAY.
I listened to the last review and ditched my bank for these guys. Life has many choices in it and going with HVCU was a good one.
