What a nice Credit Union! Everyone from start to finish. Kerry and Zarrita very nice great customer service from both. They explained everything to me in detail got me ready for Online banking too! I recently left a credit union due to awful customer service and practices. This experience was fantastic! I would recommend to my family and friends to do there banking at HVCU.
Went in just to ask some questions about rates. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was very refreshing walking into a bank where it felt like they genuinely wanted to help and not just telling me what I wanted to hear to bring them money.
Great service from start to finish.
