Some of the absolute rudest banking customer service representatives. The autoloan department constantly messing things up and when you call in to contest there "Notice" they are quick to get snippy and in the end acknowledge THEY messed up and there back end "Didnt accept payment" but acknowledged payment was received over a week ago. So cannot wait to refinance our autoloan. Should have taken the countless POOR reviews as a hint to run from this bank
