Only negative is their atm cards fail a lot...or get hacked
I’ve never dealt with a more disorganized and frustrating credit union in my life. I made multiple payments on my credit card, stayed in communication, and followed every instruction I was given — just to have my account suddenly restricted with ZERO warning. What’s worse is the complete lack of consistency. Every time I called, I was told something different. One rep tells me to wait a week and call back for reinstatement.
