I’ve never dealt with a more disorganized and frustrating credit union in my life. I made multiple payments on my credit card, stayed in communication, and followed every instruction I was given — just to have my account suddenly restricted with ZERO warning. What’s worse is the complete lack of consistency. Every time I called, I was told something different. One rep tells me to wait a week and call back for reinstatement. Highly upset. Was promised a balance transfer would be put through with my credit card application and little to my surprise, nothing has been done. 10 days waiting wasted and time off from work. I wish I got that representatives name. She needs to be more honest and say when she can't do something. Incompetent.
