Have been banking with HVCU for years and the Chester branch has been wonderful. Recently opened a business account and loan which Dylan assisted us with and was a stellar experience. Called to make an appt and there was no wait when I arrived at the branch. Dylan was there through the entire process to assist and I highly recommend working with him.

Subject: Concerns regarding safety and loitering at this branch I am writing to share my recent experience at this branch, which has made me feel uncomfortable about returning. During my visit, there was a group of individuals loitering directly outside the entrance/parking area using loud, aggressive, and foul language. The environment felt unsafe and made me feel targeted, which prevented me from having a secure and professional experience. Terrible , highly incompetent crew , can’t resolve a simple request After linking my personal account from another bank and trying to transfer money into HVCU , it’s been over a week and no money has been applied into accounts , spoke to someone over the phone and via chat , absolutely zero knowledge in solving such a simple issue You just lost another customer ! Closing all accounts and moving elsewhere !!!!
