I am extremely dissatisfied with this credit union. Although they approved my credit card application, they rejected my membership application, which is completely illogical. Even after informing them of my employment in New York, they insist on unnecessary documentation for a basic membership. It is evident that they are uninterested in my business, so I strongly advise avoiding them. Additionally, the assistant manager is discourteous and does not allow clients to express themselves.

We’ve banked here since they opened for both our personal and business accounts, and it’s been amazing. The staff are all so kind and helpful, and they’re a lot more personable than anywhere else I’ve been. The bank is also great on not charging fees for almost anything, and even when a mistake is made they’re kind enough to reverse fees when asked. It’s also one of the few banks locally that you can earn interest and dividends on standard accounts. Lastly, the hours of operation are the best. They open and stay open longer ... read more
