Do not recommend this bank to anyone, weird transactions time, they bill me once for amount of money and can't explain how did this happen, second day transaction disappeared. One time, I should wait extra couple of day because their system wasn't working good, they can't process my paycheck. They had a lot of safety issues providing for accounts also.
Rene and Dylan have been a tremendous help with all of my business and personal banking needs. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and always take the time to answer my questions and explain my options. Have been banking with HVCU for years and the Chester branch has been wonderful. Recently opened a business account and loan which Dylan assisted us with and was a stellar experience. Called to make an appt and there was no wait when I arrived at the branch. Dylan was there through the entire process to assist and I highly recommend working with him.
