You see the reviews and think.. it can’t possibly be that bad.. it’s worse. Long story short, i was in the process of getting a car loan as their rate was pretty good.. however their competence is terrible. I was in contact with someone on the phone apply for a loan.. they pre approved me so I went into this branch location to finalize.. I told MULTIPLE PEOPLE I need this loan done by 5/20/26..
