Went in to get a bank check 930am on a wednesday and it took 20 minutes to find a manager to get an override. Why are there no managers available at a bank. This place is a joke.
THIS IS THE WORST HVFCU THAT I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH. ONE YEAR LATER AND THANKS TO THEM CLEARLY NOT TRAINING THEIR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY, OR PAYING ATTENTION TO HOW PAPERWORK SHOULD BE PROPERLY DONE, I AM DEALING WITH AN INSURANCE COMPANY WHO IS BOTHERING ME THAT THEY COULD NEVER PUT THE TITLE IN MY NAME DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE. GO TO A DIFFERENT HVFCU BUT DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE UNLESS YOU WANT PROBLEMS UPON PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE THIS BRANCH ZERO STARS IF I COULD.
Poor Customer Service at the drive thru window. I asked for a withdrawal of $100. From my mom's checking account. I spelled out my mom's first and last name. Had a hard time finding the account. I told the lady at the window. I wanted $100. And please give me all $5.00 bills. I had sent her a $50.00 and asked her for $10.00. ( 20 x$5.00 -$100. & 5 x$10.00-$50.00) I had to repeat myself a few times. Not sure if she wrote down what I asked her for. Then I asked her for a withdrawal of my checking account.
