My husband today called about a check that didn’t clear. He called to inquire as to why it didn’t and what he had to do so it could clear. The other man on the line couldn’t have been more rude to him. He was very condescending and acted as if doing his job was an inconvenience to him. If you do not want to work with customers then do not get a job that requires you to. You are not only making yourself miserable but also being unhelpful and disrespectful.
