I highly recommend banking elsewhere! Unfortunately, despite all my friends horror stories I was hesitant until they STOLE my sons money from his account for not being active for 3 years They took almost $4k without notice. They admitted their mistake on a recorded line and asked me to be patient in getting back. 2+ months later they denied it was their fault and told me to get it myself through the NYS comptroller office. Stay far away from this place. They voided their contract with me. I purchased a life insurance policy on my loan. With them. Back in 2016. , I took out a loan. Which I was paying. I stopped because they never paid me out. Since than I’ve been multiple car accidents. Had my arm amputated and reattached. I wonder who caused it.
