Stay far away from this place. They voided their contract with me. I purchased a life insurance policy on my loan. With them. Back in 2016. , I took out a loan. Which I was paying. I stopped because they never paid me out. Since than I’ve been multiple car accidents. Had my arm amputated and reattached. I wonder who caused it.
I was helped by "Bri" at the front desk, delievers a welcoming and friendly energy. Definitely goes above and beyond for customers to make them smile.
Horrible people. They will disrespect you, treat you with complete disregard, and expect you to tolerate their lack of critical thinking skills. For people being paid above minimum wage, they should be ashamed of themselves. They give false information and waste your time, only for you to come back later and have them waste even more of it. They seem to enjoy watching people fumble through their entire day just to accomplish a simple task, sometimes wasting four hours or more in something that could have taken 5 minutes.
