My wife and I arrived for our scheduled appointment and waited for nearly two hours without being assisted. During that time, it appeared that many employees were occupied with their cell phones rather than helping customers. We eventually had to leave because I could no longer wait. When I approached the front desk to explain that we had been waiting for almost two hours, I was simply told, "Sorry, everyone is busy."
