I am very disappointed to be a customer of this bank. My experience calling customer service has always been terrible, as I've always been met with rude and unhelpful staff. This bank doesn't seem to care about helping customers find solutions; whatever they say or decide is final. And each representative gives me different information. I would not recommend this bank.Â
Very clean and friendly place. They also have coin machines for members only. Lawrence was very professional and took care of us and all our needs.Â
