awful bank, always try to use deception on clients.
I wouldn't recommend coming to this bank specifically in this location. I have never had such a hard time trying to get a car loan. I was told that it will take up to 2 days to find out if I am qualified for the amount asked. To make it worse when I called the bank to do an online request for the amount ask I got approved, to then find out I was denied and its better to go I person. I was also told that I need to go to the bank before the dealership because they didn't work with the Healey Kia in Newburgh. Later once I left ... read more
I usually don’t have issues with this bank and I’ve been with them over 4 years now. As of recently there’s been so many issues that make banking with them incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. For the last few months when calling any branch the wait times are 40+ minutes. When the automated system asks if you want a call back by dialing 2 it doesn’t work and continues the hold music forcing you to wait on hold for 40+ minutes. Back in September and October of 2024 I noticed my car payment was coming out twice a month I had went into the bank and spoke to a gentleman he went into the account and noticed I had two accounts one auto pay and one I had st up anyway he deleted one of the accounts however that did not work I had to go back to the bank a month later and spoke to someone else his name was Ruben Rodriguez.
