I highly recommend banking elsewhere! Unfortunately, despite all my friends horror stories I was hesitant until they STOLE my sons money from his account for not being active for 3 years They took almost $4k without notice. Always friendly staff.
Rude and disrespectful. They don’t care about their clients’ experience, only about collecting a paycheck. Their ethics are nonexistent. They gossip about clients the moment they walk out the door, I’ve personally experienced this many times. In fact, sometimes you won’t even make it out before they start talking down about you with their colleagues. You’ll be treated like a number, not a person. Go to literally any other bank and you’ll have a better experience. NO SHAME.
