I highly recommend banking elsewhere! Unfortunately, despite all my friends horror stories I was hesitant until they STOLE my sons money from his account for not being active for 3 years They took almost $4k without notice. They admitted their mistake on a recorded line and asked me to be patient in getting back. 2+ months later they denied it was their fault and told me to get it myself through the NYS comptroller office.
