Rude and disrespectful. They don’t care about their clients’ experience, only about collecting a paycheck. Their ethics are nonexistent. They gossip about clients the moment they walk out the door, I’ve personally experienced this many times. In fact, sometimes you won’t even make it out before they start talking down about you with their colleagues. You’ll be treated like a number, not a person. Go to literally any other bank and you’ll have a better experience. NO SHAME.Â
