I started using this credit union when I purchased my vehicle last year, I have had nothing but exceptional service whenever I come into this branch- the tellers are always very efficient and pleasant to speak with. I decided to open a checking because I am not always able to make it to the branch before closing it was a very easy and quick process, and they provided me with a debit card on the spot! This branch allows their ATM to continue to be used by their customers with full knowledge that the ATM is not working correctly. My husband tried to withdraw $140 and the ATM only dispensed $40, meanwhile, our account shows $140 was withdrawn. When asked why the bank is allowing their customers to continue to use an ATM that they are fully aware is not functioning properly, we were told that "Marketing will not allow a sign or to take down the machine"!!!! They will not cash a check if you do not have an account there, unless you have time to sit and wait for a banker to "create a profile". Just FYI
