These new hours are terrible. People work 9-5, when are we supposed to come in??Â
So I had an issue with my app for 1 day. Wanted to come in to see if someone can help me. Unfortunately I'm used to the Poughkeepsie location being open at 830am. You should fix your wonky app. Have had nothing but problems on and off for months and “ reported “ this a long time ago. It actually locks me out of my own accounts. Rep acknowledged there was a problem but obviously never fixed. I’ll be switching banks as this is not acceptable. This is not specific to the Rhinebeck branch but to the company in general.Â
