Everyone at HVCU at the Montgomery, NY branch is absolutely Amazing! I specifically want to shout out Jen N. and Edith! Both of these women go above and beyond every time I am at the bank. They are an asset to their organization.Â
My wife and I both use this credit union. The front desk is very helpful and very kind, and all of the tellers are super friendly and very easy to talk to. They are very knowledgeable and answer any question we have. To see someone about an account (opening, closing, applying, etc.) you have to make an appointment. I started my tabletop game store in 2022, and HVCU has been there every step of the way! Dana at the Montgomery branch is extremely knowledgeable and her staff is always willing to help when I have questions about business milestones and growth opportunities. They recently got me an excellent credit line AND credit card for my shop just last year as I reached my shop's 2 year anniversary. Can't recommend them highly enough!Â
