Customer service in this place sucks. Major handle to deposit money in a CD account. Crazy Not to mention they have not a clue what's going on
I swear the credit union does everything possible to create an unpleasant member experience. If you want to be in business banking, then adopt the practices of the banks you acquired and stop trying to make your silly processes fit a business. Credit Unions shouldn't be engaging in business banking anyhow. Hopefully one day you guys will lose your tax-free status.
