This is the worst bank. I am a former Catskill Hudson customer and when this bank took over its been nothing but inconsistency and lack of knowledge. I am a business owner and they hold my clients checks and put on extended holds from (my clients checks to me) who does a half of billion dollars in sales a year. I have been getting the same checks from my client for the last 6 years. Catskill Hudson cleared these checks in a timely fashion. I've been a member for several years and my experience has varied from time to time. One thing I can always count on is that the tellers are pleasant! I used to dread going to the teller at other banks, but at HVCU the teller experience is always stress-free, professional, and friendly. As the Greeters change from year to year, some have been pleasant and attentive, while others have been neglectful and less than pleasant.
