The best bank I've ever dealt with! Very Friendly, professional and capable and great interest rates on their Flex accounts. Special thanks to manager Andrew Shaw who spent hours with me resolving fraud which had nothing to with HVCU.
Worst customer experience
When I needed a loan, HVCU came through for me. One of the staff members took the time to really figure out how they could help and they did! The process was smooth, and I felt supported every step of the way. I came to the front and the 2 girls in the front talking about person issues I heard the whole conversation. While I’m waiting 5 min. The guy in the front was with the same ppl from when I walked in till I walked out.
