Linda is an amazing human and a fantastic massage therapist. I started seeing her monthly and have noticed an improvement in how my body feels, as well as how much my monthly massage has helped manage my stress. The office is very peaceful, and smells wonderful. The treatment room is cozy and comfortable. This was my first experience with Francine at Hudson Valley Body Works, and it will not be my last! After having a little bit of difficulty finding the entrance, I ended up arriving just a few moments before my massage was scheduled to begin...but Francine never made me feel rushed.
