HRCCU has been going down hill for years. They nickel and dime u. I just had to pay $10 for a new debit card that had fraudulent activity on it and they put a permanent stop on it. Like it’s my fault. I’m gonna start changing over all my payments to my new bank. Do not use this institution from having terrible customer service to all the little fees they charge.
Once again Hudson River is one of the most horrible banks to go through they have been robbing me and mostly likely you blind for a long time and this bank deserves a class action lawsuit against them which I will do they literally charged me $650 in over draft fees this pst month alone even though there was money in the 5 other accounts I have with them
If I could give negative stars, I would. Multiple times in les than a year I’ve had to obtain a new debit card due to fraud and because I went to the branch I was charged for a new card rather than wait 10 days for it to be mailed. The customer service is less than friendly. If I didn’t have my car loan through them I wouldn’t bank here.
