Amy is an experienced and amazing massage therapist. Her technique is so perfect for finding those trigger points and releasing them. She’s thorough and professional. I also enjoy her calm energy, which is so important when trying to relax during treatment. She strikes the right balance between being silent and letting you enjoy the massage, while also being friendly if you want to talk. She’s great - you won’t regret seeing her!
Amy makes me feel much better every time I come. She's attuned to my body and has so much wisdom in her hands (and head!). I am very grateful for her expertise and kindness.
Amy is wonderful!! I have been seeing her every few weeks for over a year to help with chronic neck and back pain. She is very experienced and knowledgeable, even sharing recommendations for stretches at home. Her massages are effective on working out tight muscles but also very comfortable and relaxing. She was even able to continue treating me through pregnancy. Amy's studio is also adorable and very clean. Highly recommend.
My friend treated me to a massage with Amy and what a great gift. I went to her with some minor aches, and she was able to feel into my problem areas and help free things up with her skilled touch. I had a great experience, and she gave excellent advice as well. If you get to see her, lucky you!
