I have honestly & truly have had nothing but negative experiences with this bank as a whole entity IF I COULD I WOULD RATE IS NEGATIVE BELOW ZERO STARS because it's the worse bank you can ever!! Ralph ext 242. at HHFCU has been SO helpful. I had a terrible situation with Orange and Rockland where they caused a bounce fee of $32 when the bill was already paid and they attempted to take out another payment and would not credit me back the fee. Ralph was understanding and stated they were definitely at fault because they already had my funds.
