I absolutely love this beautiful home store. I’ve purchased the most incredible candle holders, candles, unique plates, glass bowls, my favorite wine opener, placemats, and even stunning artwork here. Everything feels thoughtfully curated and special. Sylvester and his colleague were so gracious and kindly offered to carry my artwork purchased to my apartment, which I truly appreciated. Buyer beware. Hudson Grace is selling horrific quality items for exorbitant prices. $226 for a set of sheets that with the first wash are pilled, abrasive, and essentially feel like burlap. This company should be ashamed at what they’re selling; instead they say “we’re unaware of any issues but we’ll make a note of it.” I explained that there’s clearly a production problem and that management should be stepping in because these are not just disappointing they are actually depressing. Don't purchase poor quality for over priced items....
The Hudson and Grace Bleeker Street store is staffed by conscientious, thoughtful, kind and motivated members. When I called on 12/22 5 minutes before closing to let them know my order from the company site, which I was told would arrive by 12/23, had just sent an email saying it would not arrive until after Christmas. Tucker from the Bleeker street store personally stayed late, packed up my items and sent me the FedEx info.
