6 months ago I dropped my wedding dress off at the cleaners to get preserved and it got transferred to Hudson Services. When I contacted them asking where my dress was as it’s been so long without an update, they stated they do not know where my wedding dress is. Steve, the manager was very unapologetic and had absolutely NO sympathy for the situation. I made it VERY clear the importance of finding my wedding dress, as I was passing this down to my daughter.
