Unfortunately, my experience at Hudson Family Spa was extremely unfavorable. My biggest complaints stem from how difficult it was to communicate with the staff. I have been an ENL —English as a New Language teacher for over 27 years in Long Island City, Queens —one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the world — and consider myself very experienced and skilled at communicating with people —both children and adults —who are learning English, but my experience at Hudson Family Spa was frustrating at best.
