Today is may 27th. We had an 1pm appointment, got there at 12:45 being we live close. Left us outside in the heat, we left. Looks extremely suspicious, wouldn't recommend.
I recently purchased an Aventon level from John at his store in Chelsea. The process was extremely straight forward, John was there to hold my hand throughout and the end products was top quality. Being able to try the bike prior to buying was a priority for me and John makes this very easy, he even tried to sell me the less expensive model! Overall a great experience
I LOVE my new bike! John was a great partner in this adventure. He took his time explaining all the features of the bike and made all the necessary adjustments before I rode it off the lot. Super grateful for the opportunity to take both models out for a trial run before I made my decision. Great experience. I recommend it to anybody considering buying an e-bike.
The store is non existent and after more than tried 10 times nobody answer phone calls
I have been considering an E Bike for quite a while. So my son lives in Manhattan and I came across Hudson E bikes. This was a premium buying experience like a luxury car dealership. John explained everything with no pressure. He kept in touch with me until I made my decision.
