Jada does an excellent job at taking evidence based principles and turning them into practical tips to improve firefighter mental health and overall well-being! She’s an excellent speaker and very personable. Her book is a great resource.
Jada is an amazing advocate for public safety workers. With her passion to help, her experience and enthusiasm she is THE person to put in your corner if you are on the job.
As a first responder and CIT certified, Jada stepped up during my divorce. She was available almost all the time (she had to sleep). I am great at keeping people out, she broke through the first meeting. I am smart and tactical, I have to say that she was better. I would highly recommend her. She has a very unique insight, especially first responders. And if you really want to get on her good side, bring ice cream every once in a while.
Jada guided me through very difficult times in my life and helped bring me to a good place physically and mentally. I am a First Responder and her knowledge and skill helped me return to work after a short time away, after working on the skills needed to allow me to continue the work I love.
