Incredibly nice and helpful, got my DH bike back in action in no time & it’s riding like new! I’ll be back for any repairs needed in the future!
We rented e-bikes and had an amazing experience. We reserved online, arrived at the store with our bikes all ready for us. We received friendly service and clear directions how to use the bikes. There's a beautiful path that's right near the bike shop that takes you to the walkover the Hudson as well as a beautiful path through the woods. We'll be back again!
We had the best experience with Alex at the Hidson Bike Co! He helped us plan our visit to the area and access the local trails for a fun day biking. We rented 5 bikes and they were in perfect condition- nearly new. The helmets were clean and he help fit each of us for safety. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this Alex and The Hudson Bike Co! I highly recommend this business!
Won't repair E bikes unless you bought the bike from them. Sounds like a bait and switch shop. " We can't fix it, but we can sell you a new bike" Won't be going there
Called to get a seat put on my bike and they took me right in and price was very affordable. Staff was very polite and knowledgeable too. Highly recommend!!
