I would not recommend Hudkins Law to anyone with an urgent matter. They are extremely difficult to get ahold of and don’t honor scheduled appointments. I completely understand if something comes up and you need to reschedule, but not a fan of people who cannot be straight up and honest about their situation, and then proceed to skip a scheduled meeting with no notice or communication, and the excuse given is that they are just “very busy”. I would recommend you take your business somewhere else.
I was initially referred to Hudkins Law from a different law firm to handle a sale closing. Kate Condee, the closing coordinator, was my contact person. She is incredibly receptive/responsive, professional, and very pleasant to speak with. Unfortunately, the sale was met with unforeseen obstacles. Kate directed me to a real estate litigation firm. I hope to work with Hudkins on future sales and would recommend the firm to anyone.
