I love my results! It is a great way to kick start my failing diet & exercise routines. An excellent way to get that loose feeling in my clothes again. Sometimes diet & exercise alone are not enough! It is the best 30 minutes of relaxation you can spend on yourself and be smaller when you leave! I was lucky enough to lose 5.75 inches in my first session.
