Your website says this firm is client-centered and relationship-based. Unfortunately I did not received this experience on my case. The communication from my lawyer was absolutely terrible. Extremely lazy with collecting necessary documents needed for my case. I was not expecting such a lackluster work ethic and terrible experience from a law firm in Wheaton. I would not recommend Huck Bouma’s Wheaton law firm to anyone.
I reached out to this law firm over a week ago regarding estate planning and left a voicemail but never received a return call. I followed up with a second phone call and spoke with someone who told me they would be emailing me the necessary paperwork, but I never received anything or any follow-up communication. I understand that firms can get busy, but not returning calls or following up after saying paperwork would be sent is simply rude and unprofessional. William Tresch = rude and arrogant. Do not recommend!
If you are looking for a competent attorney, keep looking. My father's probate case took much longer than it should have due to their mistakes. We were given lame excuses, even blaming the court system! Do not use this law office.
