I just want to give a thank you to Rhonda. She was so sweet helping me with my taxes. She was very personable and quick - in and out in 10 minutes or less. I enjoyed talking with her and appreciate her help!
The staff was extremely helpful and courteous.
Poor efile system and even worse customer support. Amber does not have great customer service or soft skills at all. Please for the sake of peoples sanity remove her from any person to person co tact be it on person or via email.
I thought I had missed a refund check and wrote an email asking for assistance. Vicky was very polite, helpful, and prompt. She did some research and found the answer I needed. Thank you, Vicky!
Their website doesn't work well to make estimated tax payments. The payments take at least a week to process; at times they put "approved" without deducting the payment. This makes it very hard to keep control over finances. I pray for improvement. Update: Amber was extremely rude and disrespectful. Everyone else has always been professional and friendly. Will not be making an appointment with her anymore.
