Not sure who the lady on the phones is, but she might want to fix her attitude before calling people. She called me with an attitude and then LAUGHED AT ME when I told her I don't think she had the right info. Maybe if she was less rude I'd want to hear what she has to say. Also, someone should tell her not to call people honey when she wants to have an attitude.
Scheduled an appointment over the phone and was told I just need my drivers license. Go to my appointment and then was told I need my w2. Go to the next appointment and now I’m told I need another form. These people are clearly incompetent Editing this review to add that the lady at the front desk is always extremely rude and cares more about listening to music on her earbuds than helping people. I hope she sees this
In and out! Huber heights makes it very easy to get your city taxes done and it costs nothing. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly.
