My family and I come to Schiller Park every year. This year we found Hubcaps Diner and will come back EVERY year without fail. The staff is phenominal. They make you feel like you are family, unlike all tourist traps. The cheesecake was heaven on a fork. I can't say enough about it. On Wednesday nights, the Windy City Jitterbug Club comes in and has a dance contest which we got to watch. Again...it was phenominal. The most memorable part of our trip by far.
