Not a client, I will share my experience with their customer service though, with the lawyer named Megan. I was passing on information to her from my relative (her client) at his request and she declined to take the information claiming that she already knew it. Considering this, I informed her I would tell the client she didn’t want to take the information (Incase I get blamed later) but this then lead to her becoming agitated and raising her voice at me. Only cares about money, no effort towards the case he was paid for and bad mouths you to the judge. Honestly made the situation worse then better. Doesn’t reply to messages either, leaves you hanging.
