You need to speak with your driver's about safety. I just got passed, while I was doing 70, on I40 West, between Straw Plains, and Asheville Highway. Truck H1008 was in the lead of several trucks. They were in the far left lane, which I know is not forbidden to dump trucks. The problem was the speed in heavy rain and the tailgating.
